Tiredness.

Sat Jan 24, 2009, 7:10 AM
  • Mood: Tired
  • Reading: Planet Wreckers
  • Watching: Paint peel
  • Drinking: Tepid coffee
Journals are not a big thing for me, I admit. I write very few of them, and have little to report, particularly as my photoshop skills have been left to atrophy - particularly since I'm not a part of any community that needs them, such as the SupCom community, where I was doing unit textures and sig images, or the smaller, more casual Virtual Villagers community, where I was doing some 2-D mod art, and other random assorted show-off stuff.

So I'm at work, bored out of my mind, and needed something to do. Thus, a journal. Enjoy.

Had to track you down. Your needed back at the AN site if your up for it. Already have, and going to have more units that need icons. And some unit re-texturing for our new models. By the way, love your lightning ball!
:iconlurkily:
Sorry! My new email is Lurkily@gmail.com - e3.ecubed was comprimised, and I cut it loose to cut my losses - you can go ahead and circulate that back at the forums, if you like.

A google on "Lurkily" should turn most of my haunts up - it's the only name I use these days, and also a rare name.

As for work - not up for unit icons. Also, my comp isn't capable of SupCom right now, video troubles. Still, I AM capable of doing unit textures - you'd have to do specteam and such, but I did some work already for C Lupus, along with the shadow maps and such. (The hex-circuit board texture and the brushed copper/scale texture, which he has the shadow maps to match, can be found here)

If you want some texture work, let me know, and I'll see what I can work out; I'd be glad to get some more work crunched out. I haven't been doing much with photoshop lately.

The specteam files I already have. The units just seem to need some touching up on their texturing. I have Paint.Net, which can edit dds files, but I have no idea how to add in something to the unit, cause the files look nothing like the actual unit itself. So yeah, I'll take you up on your texture work offer. Just go to the AN boards whenever your ready, and I'll cook something up for ya. [link]

Will do, later tonight. Any replies please send to Lurkily@gmail.com; you'll get a much faster response there.

hello random deviant!

Oh. ISH Lurkily! Ello!
:iconlurkily:
Hey, Brit-brit. Well met, again! Been a while since I drifted off the LDW forums.

Thanks for checking in! Unfortunately, my Deviant page has been rather uneventful of late - a lot's been going on. Some happy things, some sad things.
